“Aging is an extraordinary process where you become the person you always should have been”
~ David Bowie
About
Life Coaching is a second career for me.
I have a BFA in Painting from The School of the Museum of Fine Arts/Tufts University. Before becoming a life coach, I worked as a curator, painter and art appraiser.
I still work at painting and I see a real connection between art and coaching. Both draw on getting in touch with our authentic selves, and both benefit from listening to our intuition.
I decided to become certified as a life coach because I have always been interested in people and hearing their stories. Life happens to all of us in unpredictable ways with unpredictable outcomes. Navigating the roadmap is exciting, scary, messy, full of questions and choices.
I’m grateful that working with each of my clients has broadened my perspective, my understanding of people, and made me a more empathetic person.
I decided to focus on clients in the second chapter of their lives because I can deeply connect to the challenges and profound joys that come with aging well.
As I get older, I think daily about how to live a full, honest and meaningful life. What do I let go of and what do I move towards?
